§1 Generally

MANDY AS (Organisation number: 916 168 705) only enters into agreements with persons of legal age (18 years). If you are a minor, written approval is required from a guardian or other person who is responsible for the minor.

Agreements are concluded in Norwegian for customers who shop from www.mandy.no .

An agreement is entered into when you have approved our terms of purchase and our privacy policy and then select "Order and pay" at checkout.

In connection with an order, you are offered the opportunity to consent to receive our newsletters. If you have made previous purchases and have already agreed to receive newsletters from us, you do not need to make an active choice as you will automatically continue to receive the newsletters based on previous consent. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time, either by logging in to My Page or unsubscribing via a link in the newsletter. You can always get in touch with us via mail@mandy.no or by phone 69 16 90 00 (weekdays 10-18) if something is unclear.

The prices shown on the products in the shop include VAT, currently 25%. No other fees are added (we are responsible for customs duties and any other fees). All possible charges for shipping or other charges are always displayed in the checkout before you approve the order. No hidden fees are added.

We reserve the right to, in the event of obvious errors, e.g. price or printing error, could correct the error afterwards. If you are not satisfied with our correction, you can of course cancel your order free of charge. We also reserve the right not to carry out an order if the item e.g. is sold out or should a technical problem arise.

If you want to correct your order after you have approved it and sent the order to us, we can only do this as long as the order has not been sent from our warehouse.

All goods are owned by MANDY AS until payment for the order has been received by the company.

MANDY AS reserves the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected.

Product(s) which are included in campaigns free of charge in connection with the purchase of another item must also be sent back in the event of a return. The product that was included in the purchase and is not returned will be debited for the full value of the item.

Example: "You buy a jacket for NOK 4,999 where a hat worth NOK 899 is included in the purchase. The jacket is returned, but not the hat. In this case, we will refund NOK 4,100 (the value of the jacket minus the hat).

§2 Delivery

The standard transport option is for the package to be sent with Bring to the nearest delivery point linked to your address, but we also offer home delivery. Orders are delivered free of charge if the total amount for the purchase is NOK 1,400 or more. For purchases under NOK 1,400, our agreement with Bring's shipping prices applies. Normal delivery time when choosing standard delivery to the nearest collection point is 1 - 4 working days. The delivery time is affected by where in the country you live and during public holidays.

To have a package sent to an address in Norway, the order must be made via www.mandy.no . Unfortunately, we cannot ship goods to Svalbard. It may happen that goods that you have ordered are not in stock when the order is processed at the warehouse and we reserve the right for an item to be sold out. Should this happen, you will always receive information via email from us. If an order cannot be sent as agreed, you have the full right to cancel the purchase and a refund must be made to the customer within 14 days.

If a package and/or its contents turn out to be damaged in transit upon receipt of the package, we ask that you point this out already at the delivery point/to the driver who brings the package for home delivery/express delivery, and that you also inform MANDY AS of this as follows that we can ensure that you receive the item you have ordered without damage. If the package is delivered directly to the postbox, MANDY AS customer advice is contacted directly. Contact us at mail@mandy.no if this type of problem should arise. If a package goes missing during transport, you must report this to our customer service within a reasonable time (no later than 2 months after expected arrival).

As soon as we have received an order, MANDY AS always sends an order confirmation to the email address given in the order.

Delivery method:

Package to delivery point - Orders where the contents weigh less than 20 kg in total can be delivered as a package. When the package arrives at the carrier's delivery location, a collection message is sent to you. Take the collection notice and identification with you to the drop-off point when you collect your package there.

Bring Home delivery - The package is delivered to your home if you have chosen home delivery when ordering. The carrier will contact you before the package is delivered to your home.

There are different types of fetch messages:

Standard pick-up message via SMS to your mobile number: The pick-up message arrives on the same day as the package arrives at your delivery location.

Collection notification via letter (when the customer cannot be reached via SMS/email): When your package arrives at the delivery location, a collection notification is sent to your home via letter if you have received an error message via SMS or the email address.

For home delivery via Bring, the package is delivered to your residential address/the address in the order between 17:00 and 21:00. Information via SMS when the package is on its way out and the driver will usually also call 30-60 minutes before delivery.

In order to pick up/receive the package, regardless of which carrier/shipping method you have chosen, it is always required that you can show valid identification, alternatively a power of attorney and the customer's ID card if the package is collected by a courier.

Should there be any delays or problems due to an item being sold out, we always send out information via e-mail or inform directly via telephone. If you are not satisfied with the expected new delivery date, you always have the right to cancel your order free of charge and any refund must be found as soon as possible, no later than within 14 days. We have no opportunity to offer any form of compensation due to delays that are not due to errors on the part of MANDY AS or if an item is sold out.

Unclaimed package:
For ordered packages that are not picked up as agreed, MANDY AS can debit a fee of NOK 249. It corresponds to the costs we have to send out and have the package transported back to us.

§3 Payment

Card payment:
You can pay with the following cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Select the desired payment method and follow the instructions. The goods are sent to you the same or the following day (weekdays) and MANDY AS does not charge an extra fee for using these cards. Card payments are handled by Klarna

We offer payment by invoice via our partner Klarna. When you choose to pay against an invoice, a credit check is carried out on your social security number. There is also a check between your social security number and your address in the national register via Klarna's system. If you wish to receive the goods to a different address than the address you have in the Norwegian National Register, you must choose another payment option as Klarna only approves delivery to the address you have registered in the Norwegian National Register. No invoice fee is added (NOK 0). Payment terms are 30 days. In the event of late payment, a late fee will be charged according to statutory rules.

Partial payment:
We offer partial payment in collaboration with Klarna. You can shop for between NOK 1,000 and 50,000 and you can choose to pay the entire remaining debt at any time during the partial payment period. You apply for partial payment at checkout in connection with your purchase and you receive feedback on whether Klarna approves the order. Delivery of goods against partial payment only takes place to your registered address with the National Register of Citizens and Klarna will send an account agreement to your home after the order has been placed. Check that the information is correct and sign the agreement and return it to Klarna in accordance with the agreement. Your application will entail a credit assessment. General Account Terms->

You can pay with PayPal, select the option at checkout and then follow the instructions. You must have a PayPal account to be able to make the payment via PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can easily create one if you wish. As soon as the payment is approved, the goods are sent from us and no additional fee is charged (parcels are only sent out on weekdays).

You can pay with Vipps at the checkout. Follow the instructions in the box. You must have a Vipps account to be able to use the payment method. Contact your bank to create a Vipps account if you do not have Vipps but want to pay via Vipps.

§4 Right of withdrawal

You have a full right of cancellation (return and exchange right) within 14 days of receiving the goods and a refund will be made no later than 14 days after the goods have been received by us. When returning goods that have been handled to a greater extent than was necessary to gain knowledge of the goods' properties and function, we may demand that the consumer compensate us for any reduction in value that has occurred on the goods. The extent of the reduction in value is determined by MANDY AS. The right of withdrawal can be used provided that the item is returned together with the labels and original packaging/shoe boxes that came with the item. When returning sunglasses, the case, information leaflet and any papers proving that the product is genuine must accompany the return. You can of course try the item on to see if it suits you. The right of withdrawal does not apply to underwear. A return form is always included in the package from us and you use this form for returns and canceled purchases.

In the case of an exchange, return shipping is free provided that the attached return shipping label that was included in the package is used. An exchange means that you choose to exchange the purchased item for another, new item. Any excess amount is paid back. If you return a larger number of goods than the ones you exchange, it is not defined as an exchange, but as a return/undone purchase, see information on undone purchase and right of withdrawal above.

If you have regretted your purchase, you can return your goods to MANDY AS within 14 days and get the money refunded within 14 days of receiving the return. The buyer must pay for the shipping of the return himself. Use the right of withdrawal form attached to all shipments from us. In the event of a wrongly sent item, contact our customer advisors so that we can correct the error. You can choose whether you want a new item or the money back in connection with the item being returned to us.

All goods sent back must be well packaged to avoid damage to the goods. You as the customer are responsible for ensuring that the package is packaged to withstand normal transport back to MANDY AS. Always ask for a receipt for the submitted return in order to later be able to track the return in the carrier's system if necessary. MANDY AS, after a return has been handed in and received by the carrier and you have used the prepaid return shipping label, is responsible for the goods and the transport back to MANDY AS.

If you advertise your item due to a damage or fault on the item, we will make a manual assessment and we may also demand to get the garment to us if there is a need for it. The complaint deadline is normally 2 years, but if the product is considered to last longer under normal use, the complaint deadline is a maximum of 5 years.

In the case of goods with a guarantee from the supplier (watches etc.), the manufacturer's guarantee applies to the product in question.

Our first obligation in the event of a complaint is to correct the error. If this cannot be done and the complaint is approved, we will replace the damage with a new product. If we are unable to give you the same item as a replacement, you have the right to cancel the purchase and get the money paid back.

Reimbursement normally takes place within 14 working days from the time we have received and approved a complaint. We can only pay back via the same payment method and to the same account that was used when the purchase was made, or alternatively put the amount as a credit on the customer's account with us and the amount can then be used for a later purchase.

§5 Assortment

MANDY AS reserves the right to make changes to the assortment and has the right to remove goods from the assortment until the purchase has been processed and approved. We reserve the right that items in the range may be sold out.

MANDY AS reserves the right for any typographical errors in texts on this website. We also do not guarantee that all images show exactly how the products look. MANDY AS reserves the right to adjust prices and correct any errors in the prices.

§6 Force majeure

MANDY AS is released from liability for default for not being able to fulfill our obligations in relation to this agreement which is due to events beyond our control which prevent or make it difficult or delay us fulfilling our obligation and which cannot be averted. Incidents that cannot be prevented include fire, war, natural disasters, strikes. Force majeure includes decisions by authorities that negatively affect the market and products, e.g. restrictions, warning texts, sales bans, etc., abnormal decline in the market and whether the company is exposed to criminal activity that affects the business.

§7 Dispute

Complaints or comments concerning MANDY AS's services or products should be reported to MANDY AS's customer service via e-mail mail@mandy.no or telephone 69 16 19 00 (weekdays 10am-6pm). If you are not satisfied with our handling of your case, you are welcome to contact a possible complaints board or the Consumer Council. We always follow the Consumer Council's recommendations.

§8 Fair Use

If we identify a buying pattern that we consider to be abnormal and unacceptable, we will assess in each individual case whether a customer should be refused shopping in the future. It can, for example, be based on the return of goods that are no longer in new condition or that do not match what was delivered. In the event of an extremely large number of purchases and an abnormally high return rate, future purchases may be refused, or a return fee of NOK 100 may be charged. If you are affected by this and believe that we have made an incorrect assessment, you are welcome to contact us.

In cases where MANDY AS has reason to suspect misconduct or fraud relating to an order, the order will be canceled with reference to the "Fair Use" clause. A suspicion can be based on several objective and non-discriminatory factors, such as undelivered packages, allegations of mishandling by MANDY AS or our partners, order composition or abnormal behavior when returning/receiving packages.
